La Mia Toscana

Staying in Tuscany has been for us the most amasing experience ever.
The package that we booked through the website www.lamiatoscana.info was
nicer than we even thought.

From our room's window we could admire the typical Tuscan landscape, the one
you have in your mind when thinking about Tuscany or watching
a film settled in Tuscany.

The house was very easy to find and it was convinient for us becouse it is
located in the country side, but close to Pisa airport, Florence, Chianti
area, and the seaside.
And the people who welcomed us were so friendly to us, we really had the
chance to feel a family atmosphere around us.

During our stay the staff of La Mia Toscana organized a special set of
activties for us; we were interested in having tuscan cooking
classes and join some tours in the sorrounding area.
It has been surprising how they took care about us and about the
organization of the several activities.

During the cooking classes we experienced a lot about the local food
tradition and now we are able to prepare the dishes we made there for
our friends and families, performing the tips and tricks  we learnt.

Then we visited with a friendly and well prepared private guide the small
medieval village of Peccioli, a cheese factory near Volterra and
a wine cellar in Terricciola. There we tasted some very good ricotta cheese
with honey and in the cellar we tasted the excellent wines
produced there.

Since we are nature and outdoor activities lovers La Mia Toscana organized Horse riding holiday in Tuscany. so amasing!
